Apricots and raspberries work beautifully together \u2014 you simply have to try this combination this summer! And when you add the perfect buttery crumble topping, there is really no better recommendation :).<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients for the crumble topping:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>150 g plain flour<\/li>\n<li>100 g butter, at room temperature<\/li>\n<li>60 g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp almond extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place the soft butter, flour, sugar and almond extract into a bowl. Rub together with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients for the filling:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>500 g apricots<\/li>\n<li>100 g raspberries<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stone the apricots and cut them into quarters. Add the remaining ingredients and mix gently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grease a 25 cm baking dish or tart tin with butter and dust lightly with flour. Arrange the fruit filling in the bottom of the dish, then scatter the crumble topping evenly over the top.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bake at 175\u00b0C for about 30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown. The fruit filling should be bubbling visibly around the edges.
