If you spot blood oranges at the market, don&#8217;t walk past them! \ud83d\ude09<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Makes 2 servings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients for the blood orange chia pudding:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd cup natural yoghurt<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice (from approximately 2 blood oranges)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bc teaspoon orange blossom water (optional, but highly recommended)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bc cup chia seeds (white or black)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 additional blood orange, peeled and sliced, for serving<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">chopped unsalted pistachios, for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a small bowl, combine the yoghurt, blood orange juice, orange blossom water and honey. Add the chia seeds and stir thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 8\u201324 hours. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a thick, creamy pudding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When ready to serve, divide the pudding between two serving glasses or bowls.
