Ingredients for the curd cheese filling:<\/span><\/p>\n

• 500 g semi-fat curd cheese (or cream cheese)<\/li>\n
• 2 egg yolks<\/li>\n
• 3 – 4 tablespoons sugar (to taste)<\/li>\n
• 1 sachet vanillin sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Press the curd cheese through a potato ricer or mash it thoroughly until smooth. Mix with the remaining ingredients until well combined. Spread the curd cheese filling over the cooked cr\u00eapes and fold them into triangles.<\/p>\n

  Before serving, fry them gently in about 1 teaspoon of butter on both sides, preferably covered, until lightly golden and warmed through.<\/p>\n
