Ingredients for the almond and orange bundt cake with white chocolate:<\/u><\/p>\n

• 100 g butter<\/li>\n
• 120 g\u00a0white chocolate, chopped<\/li>\n
• 4 eggs<\/li>\n
• 130 g caster sugar<\/li>\n
• 70 g plain flour<\/li>\n
• 1\u00bd tsp baking powder<\/li>\n
• 100 g\u00a0ground almonds<\/li>\n
• grated zest of 1\u00a0orange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All ingredients should be at room temperature.<\/p>\n

    Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat, add the chopped chocolate, and leave for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth and glossy, then leave to cool slightly.<\/p>\n

    Place the eggs and sugar in the bowl of a mixer and whisk until thick and fluffy. The mixture will triple in volume and fall from the beaters in a thick ribbon that sits briefly on the surface before slowly disappearing. Slowly pour in the melted chocolate mixture, whisking constantly. Add the orange zest and whisk again. Sift the plain flour, ground almonds, and baking powder directly into the mixture and gently fold with a spatula until just combined.<\/p>\n

    Bake in a small tin or bundt tin (greased with butter and dusted with plain flour) at 170\u00b0C for about 40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool, then pour over the chocolate sauce and sprinkle with almond flakes.<\/p>\n

    • 50 g white chocolate, chopped<\/li>\n
    • 70 ml whipping cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Heat the whipping cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is almost boiling. Remove from the heat, add the chopped chocolate, and leave for 2 minutes. After this time, stir until smooth and glossy.<\/p>\n
