Soft and slightly gooey oatmeal raisin cookies. What a classic. However, you can replace the raisins with dried cranberries or chocolate chips if you prefer. These are so simple to make and are delicious!

A unique, sweet and delicate cake with a distinctive taste of rum and raisins. We loved it from the first piece. I also baked the version with raisins and whiskey and… I do not know which one is better ;). Importantly, the cake is very delicate after baking
