Jagodowo - bananowe smoothie

Blueberry and banana smoothie made with frozen blueberries or fresh blueberries. A simple blend of berries and bananas with yoghurt, lightly sweetened with maple syrup. The original recipe included a small amount of cocoa, which I decided to omit. Why not start the new week with a smoothie? It’s a recipe that both children and adults will love.

Ingredients for the blueberry and banana smoothie:

  • 2 bananas (they can be frozen)
  • ⅔ glass frozen blueberries
  • ⅔ cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra blueberries.

* If the fruit was not frozen, you can add some crushed ice and blend it together.
