Chokeberry and raspberry smoothie

What’s the easiest (and healthiest) way to use chokeberries? Of course, in a silky chokeberry and raspberry smoothie with the beautiful colour of forest berries. Frozen fruit works perfectly here – just remember that the more frozen fruit you add, the thicker the smoothie will be. Delicious!

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients for chokeberry and raspberry smoothie:

  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 300 g chokeberries (aronia)
  • 150 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 300 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 125 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
