Strawberry mango smoothie

When summer still feels far away, frozen fruit and tropical flavours come to the rescue. This strawberry and mango smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet (no need for added sugar), and completely addictive! In strawberry season, you can use fresh fruit – just remember to add a few ice cubes. If using fresh strawberries, you may also want to reduce the amount of milk slightly to keep the perfect consistency.

Serves 2.

Ingredients for strawberry mango smoothie:

  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 large mango (300–350 g flesh)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup natural or Greek yoghurt
  • freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon

Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
