
This mango and banana smoothie is naturally sweet with a perfectly creamy texture. Made with Greek yoghurt, it’s a quick, easy and delicious breakfast – especially on warm, sunny days. It’s a flavour everyone enjoys :). On hotter days, try using frozen banana or mango for an extra-chilled drink, adjusting the consistency with a little more orange juice.

Ingredients:
- 1 large mango (300 – 350 g flesh)
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
- a few ice cubes
Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone. Peel the bananas.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
