Strawberry banana smoothie

My children’s favourite smoothie. It tastes like strawberry ice cream, with the flavour of banana clearly noticeable. Best served well chilled – highly recommended!

Serves 4.

Ingredients for strawberry banana smoothie:

  • 600 g frozen strawberries
  • 3 bananas
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¾ cup natural yoghurt

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
