
Banana smoothie is nourishing, delicious and wonderfully quick to make. Perfect for breakfast or simply whenever you fancy something tasty. This version combines bananas with orange juice — preferably freshly squeezed — and natural yoghurt. I like to enhance the flavour with a touch of maple syrup :).
Serves 2.
Ingredients for the banana smoothie:
- 2 medium bananas or 3 small bananas
- ½ cup orange juice
- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or more, to taste)
- a few ice cubes
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
