This mango banana smoothie has natural sweetness and a perfect creamy consistency. Made with Greek yoghurt, it makes a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast. On such sunny days as we have now. It tastes good to everyone, without exception :). I add a frozen banana or mango on hot days, then change the consistency with orange juice. I would recommend it!
Ingredients for two servings:
- 1 large mango (300 – 350 g of mango pulp)
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
- a few ice cubes
Peel the mango and separate the flesh from the stone. Peel the bananas.
Put all ingredients into the bowl of a mixer and mix. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
